The WaterFront Center’s Winter Speaker Series has drawn many people out of their dens for enlightenment about sailing related topics and marine wildlife on Tuesday nights.
Some lectures have taken place in the beautiful ballroom of our gracious host, Mrs. Storrs, and others in her cozy living room. These congenial gatherings have drawn WFC “usuals” as well as new people from as far as the south shore. We thank John Rousmaniere, Eric Johnson, Don Costanzo, Dr. Gene Kaplan, and Dr. Matthew Draud for their time, expertise and personal stories. And to Mrs. Storrs we owe a special debt of gratitude.
And it’s not over yet! Come join us for the remaining lectures in our entertaining and informative series. A donation of $10 per evening is suggested. Please call the WaterFront Center at (516) 922-7245 or e-mail: info@thewfc.org for additional information and to sign up. Click here to print the detailed schedule.
